The BID Shadow Board have developed a draft BID proposal based on the feasibility study and initial feedback from businesses. This is currently being refined based on the feedback coming from local businesses via the survey. Once closed on Friday 17th October the updated and final Business Plan / BID Proposal will be published here and will be available in paper hard copies in a number of locations across the town centre including the MV Hub, Patrick Gardner, Cunningham Eves and The Swan Centre Management Office, The Theatre and other locations to be advised.
