About Us
The Shadow BID Board started off as a loose group of people with a passion for Leatherhead, who wanted to see something solid and positive happen for the town. They formed an informal steering group to support the feasibility stage of the BID development. They formed a fully constituted Shadow BID Board for Leatherhead BID Ltd, set up as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee, to take the idea of a BID to a fully approved and funded 5-year BID. They are now operating as the transition Board as the BID period starts.
